Popular easy-going course surrounded by breathtaking scenery
Located just 35 minutes west of Kanchanaburi off Highway 3229, Mida Golf Club was formerly known as Lion Hills Golf & Country Club before being renamed and sold in 2010. This regulation par-72 course spans over 800 acres and is surrounded by breathtaking scenery of mountains and wooded landscape, which is typical of Kanchanaburi courses.
While most of the holes are tree-lined with flattish fairways, the greens at Mida have little undulations, making it crucial for golfers to focus on straight putting instead of green reading. Adequate facilities at Mida include a driving range, pitching and chipping areas, and practice green, while the small clubhouse is more than adequate to meet the golfers' needs.
Mida Golf Club is a perfect course for golfers of all abilities, and a great venue for families, with a swimming pool, tennis, volleyball, snooker room and restaurant all present on the site. However, it's best to avoid the course from December to February due to large Korean golf groups, which may cause crowding and fill up the resort.
At other times of the year, the course is quite open and pleasant for play, ensuring golfers have a fun day with good scores.

Nice layout in reasonable condition
An excellent layout in pretty good condition although the fairways were quite burnt when we were there due to the hot weather. The greens and tee boxes had been watered and were in reasonable condition.Course Info
